Underground in Rome

The city of Rome offers two underground lines, covering the most important tourist attractions and historical places of the capital.
The A line, marked by orange, along the stretch north-west/south of Rome (ANAGNINA / BATTISTINI), with runs of 3 / 4 minutes, for a total of 27 stations. The Metro A is indicated for getting to the Vatican, Piazza di Spagna, Via Cola di Rienzo and Piazza del Popolo.
The B line, marked by blue, along the stretch north-east/south of Rome (REBIBBIA / LAURENTINA), with races 4/5minuti, for a total of 22 stations. The Metro B is the best choice if you want to get to  Circo Massimo or the Coliseum
The two lines cross each other at the Station Termini, according to this timetable: 05:30 / 23:30 and until 00:30 on Saturday.
