Beer Factory of the New City - Prague

 Close to the Venceslao Square the Beer Factory of the New City (Nomovestski Pivovar) is divided in various cellars and rooms connected one with another. 
The Cooking Room, the granary and the Gothic Rooms are particularly interesting. 
Specialized in the traditional Czech cuisine, the pub offers also fish dishes and salads.  Other than the excellent food, there is obviously also excellent beer, both light and dark. 
The pub is usually really crowded, and for this reason it is better to arrive at an earlier hour to find a table.  Every night there is live music. 
The opening hours are from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm from Mondays to Fridays, from 11:30 am to 11:30 pm on Saturdays, and from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm on Sundays.
