The Tesla Arena - Prague

The Tesla Arena (Prague 7 - Bubenec) is used mainly for hokey on ice, being also the seat of the HC Sparta Prague team.  The arena is also used for concerts and for figure skating competitions.  The Tesla Arena was opened in 1962 with the name of Sportovni Hala, in 1999 it was renamed Paegas Arena, in 2002 T-Mobile Arean and in 2008 Tesla Arena.  In the area of Prague 7 there is also the Letna Park, the Troja Castle (beautiful baroque castle), and the National Technical Museum (open from tuesdays to sundays from 9:00 to 17:00)  In the proximities there is also the Praha Holesovice Station (second biggest station of Prague), from which you can reach the main sites of interest of the city.
