Situated in the area of Prague 9, the Sazka Arena is a polifunctional center that hosts all kinds of events, regarding sports, culture, entertainment (concerts), and much more.  Inaugurated in 2004 in occasion of the World Championship of Hockey on ice, it had the cost of 8 milion euros.  It has a surface of 36000 m2, a height of 33 meters and a roof with a diameter of 135 meters.  Its capacity is of around 18000 people and it has hosted concerts of famous artists such as Madonna, R.E.M., Queen, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Guns n’ Roses and many more.  Because it is not right in the center of the city, in order to reach the major sites of interest (National Museum, Venceslao Square ecc.) you will have to use the public transports.
