Museum of Communism - Prague

The Museum of Communism in Prague (Prague 1), allows you to dive in the true atmosphere of Czechoslovakia that existed during the totalitarian communist regime, (February 1948 - November 1989).  The dreams, realities and nightmares of that time are represented by pictures, movies and audio recordings.  The museum is unique in its genre and is certainly worth the visit, given its historical and political importance.  Hosted on the first floor of the Savarin palace, the museum is open every day from 9:00 to 21:00 and it is closed only on the 24 of December.  In the area (Mala Strana) there are the Cathedral of Saint Vito and the Cafè Slavia.
